HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS:
Fill in the required application fields;
- Decide whether: a) you want to adopt an actual pet; or b) you want Equity United to make a donation on your behalf to a local animal shelter;

Your application will be forwarded to our PUP program headquarters where it will be matched up with your loan package. A PUP program coordinator will contact you;
- After closing your loan with us, if you have chosen to adopt, simply go to your local shelter and find your perfect pet (subject to local shelter rules);
- Equity United will write the check for adoption and spay/neutering directly to the shelter!

If you do not wish to obtain a loan from Equity United but still want to make a donation to help care for these animals, please write a check made payable to “PUP Program” and send to Equity United Mortgage Corporation at 8808 Centre Park Drive, 3 rd Floor, Columbia, Maryland 21045.
