As a senior mortgage consultant you will be a well season loan officer with many loans under your belt. You will be responsible to originate loans in a high capacity, which will result in high commissions for you. While in this position we will expect you to learn our system and eventually open your own office or become a manager.
We require:
Past experience as a Loan Officer, with a current and established account network within the local target market.
Familiarity with mortgage lending standards in the alternative mortgage business.
Extensive knowledge of business development techniques, sales development and planning.
Excellent sales ability, a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
2 years experience in sales (Insurance, Financial, Mortgage, Staffing)
College degree preferred
