What do I need to apply?
1. Completed Loan Application
a) Signed and dated by all loan applicants
2. Income Documents
3. For Hourly or Salaried Employment:
a) Original W-2 for the past year AND
b) Original paycheck stub showing year-to-date income (within last 60 days)
4. For Self-Employment, Sole Proprietor:
a) Complete copy of previous year's federal tax return
b) Copy of year-to-date Profit and Loss statement
5. For Self-Employment, Corporation:
a) Copy of Form 1120 for previous year
b) Copy of year-to-date Profit and Loss statement
c) Complete copy of federal tax return for previous year (including all
schedules)
d) Original W-2 for the past year (if applicable)
e) Original paycheck stub showing year-to-date income (if applicable)
6. For Retirement Income:
a) Original Social Security Award Letter or Pension Award Letter
7. For Rental Income:
a) Copy of complete tax return for previous year (including Schedule E)
b) Copy of lease or rental agreement for all properties
8. Other Income (You do not need to reveal alimony, child support, or separate maintenance income information unless you want it considered for qualification purposes):
a) A 1-year history of receipt AND
b) A copy of the fully executed divorce decree, if applicable AND
c) Evidence of 1 full year of receipt of payments
9. Asset Documents
a) Originals of the two most recent account statements for all checking,
savings or other asset accounts
b) Obligations (debts other than consumer credit accounts)
10. A copy of the fully executed divorce decree indicating the amount of child support, alimony or separate maintenance payments, if applicable
11. Property For purchase loans
a) A copy of the fully executed purchase contract
